New Urban Ventures, LLC located in Philadelphia, PA was brought together by a shared desire to provide an affordable alternative for city living while fostering growth and redevelopment in a manner that achieves important economic, environmental and quality of life objectives.

Our dynamic team has over fifty years of combined experience in all phases of the building, construction and development industries. The resulting synergy brings a whole new level of energy and fresh ideas to the new construction in the Center City Philadelphia area and the housing market.
